From this number sent me a txt " Hey! Can you speak Chinese?"when i send him back a msg , and ask him "who u a ? " didnt reply me anymore

A phisher sent this message to my phone;
Hey Mu.m I broke my phone this morning this is my temporary number save it can you text me back so I know you seen this

Received text today from this number: ‘hey mom I broke my phone this morning this is my temporary number save it and text me back I know you seen it’
A really bad attempt at a scam!! Very poor grammar and no punctuation- a child of mine would never write such a text! 😂 bloody pests and time wasters
Needless to say I did not respond… block, delete
