Scam number attempting to have dropped phone in toilet and be a son of mine (elaborate scam trying to be a son of mine requesting 100 points of ID from me)

Text message. Scam Hi mum this is new phone etc dropped in toilet etc just as above said. Disgraceful this is happening to people. Thank goodness Im not the only one

Just tried to scam me too, asking to deposit money into a newly set up bank account, while they waiting for replacement sim, as they needed to pay an account, started the text with Hi Mum ! Do not engage or give any details. Total Scam

I got the same message as above, they didn't know which child they were though ha ha
