Caller: Appliance Hero I spoke to them yesterday and said no thankyou ( about power bill ).Then they call me again today.Lucky I left my phone at home when I went out.

Pretended they were from Appliance Hero and said they had fixed my fridge a week ago (all complete baloney) and when I challenged her on it, she then went on to ask me about reducing my power bills. Complete codswallop and Dodgy Bros Incorporated.
