Caller: An Arsehole Soap Laundry in Para Hills West, ugly call regarding cleanliness of laundry. Loves to have a great swear at you a big F%$^ OFF, basically. Apparently, this is how young people run their businesses when it's all pay by card and a ring device or mobile number to make any enquiries. It would be nice if the owner was a better manager and had manners and customer service instead of a Fu$% OFF in your face if he does not like your constructive criticism.
