Caller: ‘John’ I received a number of texts from ‘John’ on this number in response to a recent ‘wanted to buy’ advertisement. John’s inability or unwillingness to answer direct questions or provide photos of the item he was offering for sale led me to believe that it was an attempt to scam money from me. Caution recommended in responding to texts from this number.

Caller: "Leslie Plapp" Replied to wanted ad. Provides ID. Requests payment by Mobile ID then disappears. :( 😞 fell for this one!
