Not a Scam - at least not in my situation. He was a lovely man who delivered my Ubereats. I was in a meeting and wasn't able to answer, yet he waited without any timers! :)

This was just an Uber driver delivering my woolies order. If he'd just mentioned it in the message I wouldn't have had to google the number, and he could have avoided all this confusion. He was a nice polite young man, possibly indian from his accent. I can understand why you might assume a scam if you call a number and hear an indian accent, but I can assure you all that this is not a scam number and most indian people hate those scammers as much as or more than we do!

Thank you, Telstra, for alerting me to yet another spam call!

Series of messages stating he is delivering something from Dan Murphys. Definitely didn't order anything. Tells me he is out the front but cant tell me what the address is. Seems a SCAM to me.

My delivery guy was Anund and he sent me a message from this number. It was a delivery from Dan Murphy’s Mosman whic unfortunately he dropped and broke all 6 bottles. He took a photo and said he would advise Uber. Uber have said that they have no record of this delivery so I’m confused

This is legit, Sandeep delivered our works Coles shopping order. Was a little frustrated he couldn't find our office (even though delivery instructions were put on order) but it is a bit of a maze here so understandable. Polite enough in 40-degree heat. :)

This annoying guy just rings and leave voicemail " hello... hello" nothing else. I will block him. I can see other comments above but I don't order uber eats or book uber etc

This ignorant piece of sh*t delivered a wrong order. Spoke to him and tried to find out where he delivered my order, claimed he would call me back then blocked me from trying to call him again. Dirty mongrel is not honest and hope he gets hit with karma.

I called an uber via the app, then uber called me and asked for my number, then he called me on my mobile from his mobile then asked for a verification code. His number was 0481 615 428.

I gave him the first verification code then he asked for a second. At this point I complained and I said it seemed like a scam, then hung up. Uber then found a new driver/car for me, which made me late for my appointment. I am appalled by this behaviour from a uber trip I booked.

I have reported the driver and incident to scamwatch and uber.

Coles delivery, nice young man of Indian descent. Not sure why he would need to ring me though? All good though.

Called my number and sounded like a robocall, so I hung up. Next day I had almost $1000 fraudulently charged on my credit card by Uber eats. I do not even have an Uber account.
