Called saying I hit her car. I just hung up! Scam.

I just got exactly the same thing. Woman said she was a neighbour who didn't want to be identified. and that our dog barked all night, keeping her and kids up all night. Said they had a signatures from other neighbours and wanting to deliver them to my house. Then started barking like a dog, laughed and hung up.
