I called back the number and got an auto message saying, the number is not in service. Most likely a scam call.

I've received 5 missed calls in the last 8 days from mobile numbers starting with - 6148160. Each time no v/mail message is left, and each time only the last 4 digits are different. I have reported this scam to my Telco and Scam Watch. My number is registered my number with the Do No Call Register, so these scammers are also braking the law.

every day one or two calls from similar numbers.

Serial Pests - Fined big time about 2 years ago for breaching the Do Not Call Register rules. "Caller" is an AI chatbot.

The polite voice on the other end sounded like James from The Wine Group who's rung a few times. Not interested in what he's selling.

Calls from this number & close numbers all the time. I just don't answer calls that are not in my contacts. Most probably scams.
