Received text message from AMZ for an 'order made for a laptop.' SCAM

Scammers, just send you messages and tell you about your order , price 3699 dollar if it’s not you , please call other overseas number

Scammers, will send you a message saying you have ordered such and such from Amazon or ebay or they will pick any random online web store. The message will indicate that you have purchased an item from Amazon for example for $1,500 and will ask if you confirm your order buy pressing the highlighted link and so on.
