Recorded robot message claiming to be Amazon subscriber service says its letting you know your $39.90 monthly subscription will continue to be debited to your account , but if you wish to cxl press 1 . If you do press 1 it goes to a noisy call centre that says they have all your necessary details and they did have my full name - claimed not to need my account details as they already had them - when I said which account , she said I have them on screen - then I said anz or westpac , she said she had both ( I don’t have accounts with either of them ) then when I said I was thinking of cancelling my subscription she said she could give me details for the web page . Couldn’t tell me anything more . I said was she aware she was working for a scam company - she told me I should learn how to speak properly and I was being a silly man then she hung up . CAUTION WITH ANY ROBOT VOICE MESSAGES . All my investigating shows them so far to be scams looking to get your info and account details . STEER CLEAR
