Caller: Scammer - "Department of Visa and Mastercard Verification"

Claimed to be from the "Department of Visa and Mastercard Verification" which is a bogus department, and a scam that's been documented in the past.

Android phone didn't flag this one as a "Possible Scammer", but clearly when the gentleman on the other end began explaining the "need to check" my card for "security purposed", I hung up as it was clear that this was just a ruse to gain my credit card number.
