I suspect this is a scam text saying a parcel needed attention, that more postage was required. Clicking on the link took me to a site with the Aust Post logo at the top and a Track Parcel link, but the address at the top was an au.blogspot. Clicking on Track parcel goes to a site requiring name, address and banking details (for those not wise enough to realise the scam.) There was no postage on the item I have purchased so I knew this was not legitimate.
