It does not "belong" to any one Dr or group of Doctors. It is a generic mobile number used. The SMSs you receive from this number are valid and should be replied to or actioned appropriately.

This mobile number is used by Anaesthetists around Australia to communicate with their patients. It is built into the Medical Business Systems software as a "send" mobile. It is not related to Albert Street Anaesthetic Group as this link suggests. It relates to any of the 1,000 Drs who use the MBS software.
