Not sure if it’s a scam, but I had an older man call me from this number to discuss children’s street safety.

Older guy called with this rant about drugs and alcohol in younger people and sponsoring a thing for schools. Constantly got my business name wrong as if he was reading it off something.

Didn’t seem very professional or explain why or how he got my number. Definitely a scam

Some old bloke claiming to be from belmont community watch started a long winded spell about street safety and suicides etc got bored with it and told him to get to the point. Bottom line is he's saying he will promote your business if you donate to crime watch. Sounded like bullsh*t to me

A guy said he had talked to me last month and said he had emailed me about the levels of sponsorship of a street safety handbook in return for promoting my business. Never heard of him before and had never got an email. When I asked him for details and the email address that he sent it from he just said he can't send the email again, wouldn't explain the levels of sponsorship to me, then said that he'd get out of my hair and hung up. Scam for sure.

Something about neighbourhood watch. I didn't give a sh*t what he had to say because I had a feeling he was full of bullsh*t. Blocked!
