Caller: I don’t know

Answered an incoming call from above mention mobile number, was greeted by name, I asked what’s the purpose of this call to be responded with a spiel about electricity etc & where they got my details from? I then continued and said where I live cannot be changed due to embedment on the building, while I was trying to explain, this guy got angry with me and I ended up talking to myself cause he hung up! On me. I ended up sending a message to the phone number and suggested he learn some phone etiquette cause that msg help you earn an income
