Caller: Female with strong INDIAN ACCENT mumbling INDIAN accent female stated she was from the "FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE DEPARTMENT" and had outstanding money to be paid to me. Wanted my Bank Account Number and PIN !!!!!! Asked where she obtained my mobile number...kept saying the above. TOTAL SCAM !!!!
