Caller: Female caller When I answered this call there were several seconds of silence, then a female caller with an Indian accent started to talk about the solar panel rebate scheme. I told her that was quite satisfied with my existing arrangements and hung up. I get calls like this all the time, always from different numbers and places. It's a scam!!
