Suspected scam (energy comparison) call center. Have received numerous calls each day from 0480 85x xxx numbers recently, most of which get flagged by my phone as suspicious call activity. If you pick up and stay silent the line is dead, it's only after you speak do you get connected to the call center after a noticeable delay.

Didn't pick up as phone flagged as suspicious calling pattern. Have been bombarded recently from 0480 85x xxx numbers which tend to claim to be an "energy comparison" company
