I didn’t answer, no message left. When I called back recorded message said “Customer service all our agents are currently busy”

Very noisy call centre, referred to me by the wrong name

He called and identified himself as Dan, asking whether I am the owner of the house. When I asked him what the phone call was about and where he was from, he hung up.

Picked up- sounded almost like a pocket dial. Hung up after about 10 seconds
