Called the number back (from a secure work line) and got a wonderful American accent "Thank you for calling customer service. Please leave your name and number and we will call you back". Certainly an unwanted call and was not leaving details.

Caller: Computer generated. Thats from those computer generated phone bank scam centres IMHO. They just let the computer drive all the calls. When some one answers it get transferred to a person who confirms its a real number with a person at the other end. Then the scam begins. What ever you do ... DO NOT SAY YES TO THESE PEOPLE. Say who is it, what do you want, NO. anything else but not YES. They record you and use it to change details at your bank, centrelink, credit card providers and within a short time you can be a victim. BLOCK. DELETE. REPORT THEM TO SCAMWATCH AUSTRALIA. Its free & they can back track it.
