Caller hung up when asked how my name and number was obtained

Ringing about my electricity. Had I received their letter. I told her I was on the don't call list, she hung up.

Received a call on my mobile from an unknown mobile number, answered using my first name (which I rarely do nowadays due to scammers) and person replied saying "Hi Jason" as if they knew me and asked "How are you?". When I responded as "OK, how are you and who are you?", they hung up. After 20 minutes, I called the number back and a robo-type voice message said to leave a name and number and someone from their Customer Service would call back. Convinced this is a scam so, others please be warned! Number blocked and reported to Scamwatch as a nuisance/scam call.
