This lady sells dogs online, she’ll ask for a deposit then not give the dog, she also made me pay for the microchip and vaccination as it needed to come out of the money I owe her. Paid her $250 into total. No dog no refund no reply to messages or phone calls

Do you happen to remember her BIN number. I forgot to write it down, now I need vet records to get my dog registered at my vet and I cannot get the paperwork out of her. It was supposed to be emailed to me. Very annoying. I luckily got in my car and drove almost 500kms to collect the dog. I never hand over money before viewing.
