Caller: Luven Miller I got a phone call and there was a recorded message repeated twice and said there will be internet interruption in 24 hours. Then wanted me to press 1 to speak to the person in charge. After pressing the button, a guy speaking English with Indian accent said they detected somebody tried to access my internet IP and it’s insecure status. So I asked if he belongs to Telstra and he said, yes, and told me he belongs to the security department in Telstra. But all in all, it sounds awkward. Why will they calling me to tell this kind of situation just one day before it’s happening? So I said I will confirm if this guys really belong to Telstra and hang up the phone call.
