Either spoofed or scammer. Could be a spare phone too. Message from this number reads. - “ Eastlink: Outstanding debt on toll invoices. To avoid penalties, always pay off before the due date. Learn more https://links.tolluau.info/east” Do not click on link. Report and block immediately.
