Caller: Unknown Received a scam SMS from this number, advising that I have not paid my Eastlink tolls and failure to pay on time would result in fines. Provided a dodgy hyperlink to https://east.linka.solutions. I have not lived in Victoria for a number of years so have not used Eastlink.
