This is a scam. They texted me and said they were from StarTrack and that they had attempted to deliver my parcel and that it had been taken to my local post office. Press on this link to monitor your parcel. DON'T. They didn't even provide a tracking number so that is a heads up straightaway. It will take you to a fake Australia Post site. If you do that they are able to get in and take all your personal and financial information. I rang my local post office to be informed of this scam.
