If you call the 1800 number they will answer with customer support, PayPal or amazon. Don't give them your name, don't give them your credit card details or access to your phone or computer. the mobile number is a Telstra number (reported to Telstra and ACCC) and the 1800 number is allocated to Netsip who have also been notified.
