Says she was from Victorian Subsidy department and wanted the email address of the manager. I said we are not interested but she kept insisting I give her the email of the manager. Hung up on her and then she kept calling back numerous times.

called offering to upgrade lights to LED's - which the goverment was going to pay for.

This lady said her name is Ivy and then just kept saying "hello?"... she hung up and kept calling back again and again. Each time is the same, not answering but seemly having phone issue. Not sure what she can get from doing this..........
