Received the same message as above from Lucinda from McGrath Central Coast. Thought it was funny on a Sunday night. Guess I won’t be replying.

Caller: Lucinda Text message from Lucinda at McGrath Client Services to me in particular (addressed me by my first name) wanting to give me an updated price for the sale of my house. She also asked me to contact her if I didn’t want her to contact me again in the future. There is no person employed by McGrath in my area. When I tried to ring the number back, there was “no such number”.

Beware of this unlisted number as it is almost certainly yet another spoofed number being used by cyber criminals. Accordingly the bogus SMS message left by an unknown person (Lucinda - Client Services McGrath Central Coast) about a nonsense real estate valuation was not answered.
