Caller: SCAMMERS CALLED ...evidently they are ARLCOLLECT - DEBT COLLECTORS (acting for paypal)... B/S they will tell you its a paypal dispute ... B/S they ask for your name DONT GIVE IT TO THEM HANG UP ON THEM
