I was told that I'd entered a lifestyle survey for "Coles, Woolworths, Aldi or BWS" (nope) and then asked if I was a homeowner aged under 58. Dodgy as.

They rang, I answered, they hung up

Missed a spot from this number and it was detected as spam.
After reading another review on here decided to not call back

This number was called, but they didn't leave a message. Then I received a call from 0485 814 216 and one minute later from 0478 364 555. Both of the latter numbers seem to have something to do with a health comparison website.

I answered once and sounded like a dodgy call centre. And now I've had 20 missed calls from this number in the past 6 months.

Caller: Supposed Health Fund Expert

I did an online health comparison and then had a phone call from this number. Sounded legit at first then asked for my date of birth and medicare number. I said no and he hung up. I need to be more careful.

Called my land line early in morning and left no message. This would be spam.

Call was from an Health Insurance Expert

If complaints are made, why cant Telstra cancel the number. Same goes for landline spam calls. We need Telstra and / or the issuer of numbers to make it harder for scammers to get numbers in the first place. Maybe a security deposit needs to be placed when issuing numbers to deter scammers from using numbers illegally.

They asked for Elizabeth, I said wrong number and hung up.

Called and asked if I was Carmen, I said no, then said they’d called the wrong number and hung up.

Àsked for my grandson , said he wasn't available and they hung up.

They Called at 8pm and nobody was on the other end. Just some noise .
I hung up straight away and blocked the number .
