Caller: Panthers debt collectors

This is a scam as far as I know. They have been free me for a debt that I know I do not owe. If I was wrong they would have started legal action for the length of time they say I have owed money. They say from 2005 and it’s now 2020. Under law a bill debt can not be collected after a period of 5 or so years. So if you get an “old bill” be sure it’s a fraud. They are registered as a legit company but they are not legit practices and they have no legal standing. Tell them you’ll have the ombudsman investigate them and don’t pay.

Say I Have a Telstra debt from 2015 for a $2000 phone. I have/would never have a phone that expensive as they break as easily as a cheap one. They also have my address as my sisters (not that I told them that) but she didn't get the internet on until this year. So I say SCAM

Complete scum....they don't even offer anything that resembles minimum wage!!!

Received a text that I had an outstanding account with Optus and to click a link or call them. Optus confirmed it is a scam and they will include the account number with any correspondence. Check Google for Panthera Finance and you will see they have been to court over chasing debts not owed. SCUMBAG SCAMMERS!
