Caller: Clever Contacts Marketing/Fundraising

When I called back I was sent to a recorded message advising that the caller was 'Clever Contacts' representing fund raisers. Basically asking for money.

Hangs up as soon as I answer

I don't answer calls from unknown numbers and they didn't leave a voice message. Blocked this number afterwards

Answered, laughted when I said hello then hung up. Blocked.

Called, no message left

Wont stop calling and wont leave a message. Blocked them!

It happens a lot lately. All the same people with different numbers, they never leave a message and always hang up when I answer. Blocked number.
