Caller: Clever Contacts call centre

Annoying call centre who work for charities, RSPCA, etc, etc. Now using mobile phones 0480 088 963, 0480 088 965, 0480 088 967, etc. As their land line numbers had too many complaints.

Answer the call and nothing is said and they hang up after 2 seconds! Annoying

A while ago I completed an online comparison health insurance website page, and ever since - despite deregistering and unsubscribing - I continue to receive spam/calls etc. Don't do it!

Caller: Health insurance expert?

Didn't know the number so called back. "The number you have called if from a Health Insurance Expert. Please hold..." I hung up. I made the mistake and being an idiot of doing a survey on comparing Health insurance - tricked by they using different legitimate Health insurance icons on their website - though there was an option to not be called - like for 2 seconds - before it disappeared. I have received at least 2 calls a day on all different mobile numbers. Suspect also on a few landlines.! I have had unidentified 4 calls in the last 5 hours.

Did a survey on Instagram to get a free calendar. Started asking for money to support their organisation. Said I would do it later.

I answered but no response and hung up.

I called them back. Their message said they are called Clever Contact and employed by a Charity. I subscribe to numerous charities e.g. Surf Lifesaving Charity. They are attempting to sell me more tickets.

I phoned back , got this answer: 'Hello , thank you for calling " Phone connect" we cannot take your call at the moment' ........I hung up
