The caller said he was from Telstra with an upgrade plan. He asked to confirm my date of birth past managers name on account. No email sent to confirm upgrade. I phoned Telstra and they had no record of the upgrade.

Knew all other numbers on the account and my name, as well as the % of data I had used this month. Asked to confirm date of birth and name and phone number. Seemed legitimate but now I’m second guessing confirming my information.
