Couldn't understand a word. Thick sub continent accent. Think it's a a scam but couldn't really tell with the thick accent.

Told me that he was calling from Telstra and offering a 40% discount for my loyalty. I told him I don't have any accounts with Telstra and he said "Sorry, wrong number". He did address me by my name, so he must have got those details from somewhere.
