i've been having a lot of missed calls starting with 0480. picked up this one. A lady with a heavy indian accent and with a very noisy background said she's calling on behalf of the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS). Not sure how true that is. She said she's conducting a survey for Vic. I said I'm not in the right State and she hung up on me without saying good bye. So probably a scam based on how the call ended.
