Annoying indian lady- pretending to be government calling about solar rebate program (whether I have solar panels).

When I answered there was nobody there. I hung up. Usually when I get calls like this it turns out to be an overseas call centre.

Caller: Place trying to sell solar panels Said it wasn't a sales call. That they just wanted to see if I had solar panels and when I said no, they wanted to see if I was eligible for the rebate and wanted a heap of details (so basically it was a sales call) so I said I wasn't interested and hung up.
