didn't leave any message

Attempted to get my personal information with a fake story about my electricity bill

Unanswered call. Said hello to the voicemail message 3x times.

Caller: Jack

Flagged as reported SPAM by security settings on phone. Jack started talking about electricity bills, cost of increasing bills etc. .Knew name and had address but asked about solar panels and the area. Although he somehow had address didn't have much else. When asked who gave him the information he said my husband. Could not name husband but said something and hung up. Limited info about who you are but they seem to have phone number and part address and know name.

Called twice today. 3 rings then hangs up, no message. Tried calling back to see if it's a charity etc but line won't connect. Wont be picking this one up in a hurry.

They keep ringing me but when I answer they hang up

They didn't leave a message and I don't answer numbers I don't know. If they don't leave a message that is their problem.
