Caller: Foxtel Scammer? My recollection is that Foxtel do not want old boxes returned when you install IQ5, but I cannot find this advice. Inevitably the "instructions" part of the website is completely silent.

The line was real scratchy couldn’t understand a word they said and then they called back on a different number straight away I believe it is Foxtel
