Caller: Some investment scam

Rude told them I wasn’t interested and to take me off their calling list to which the lady responded ‘I will not’ to which I responded you will or I will make a compliant. To which she responded go ahead.

Text message received "it’s [name of no one I know] :)". I don't know anyone with that name.

I could hear noise on other end of the phone but no one said anything. I muted myself to see what would happen and they just hung up after 45 seconds

Called me saying that i filled out information in commsec and thats how they got my details. Asked me if i knew starlink and stripe. Asked me if i knew what IPO meant. Told me they are going to send me a one time email with their offering. i asked how did they get my details from commsec, they were not really clear. I asked them i to confirm their company, they said it was capital wealth finance, i asked how long have they been working there. they must have missed what i said and told me the company has been around for 60 years. I said no i asked how long have you been working there, he said 8 years and i am a fully qualified broker, are you interested in the product or not. I said well i wouldnt be asking questions if i wasn't and then he hung up.

I think it was someone doing a survey. I'm not too sure.
