A random man spoke in Mandarin, I tried to ask who was calling and he kept speaking in Mandarin, but mentioned a name sounded like “Jacky”. I hung up after that and he hasn’t called again.

Agreed with the only speak Chinese comment, and the guy asked me out for dinner? But I didn't know him and he doesn't know my name and I couldn't get his name as well.
