Same number has called me 3 days in a row. Robot voice knows my name. I am a customer but dont think it is legit

Robocall asking me to press 1, knows my full name. I'm not an energy Australia customer

Pretend from Energy Australia and ask you to press 1. Better hang up, you might be hacked ad soin as you press any asked button... Safe better than sorry...
