I said the requested person was not available & Would have him call back.
Called back hrs later & asked if I had been involved in a car accident in the last 2 years. Instantly hung up

Hang up when answered. I called back with suspicion. Somehow the woman on the phone knew my full name(this worries me!). As soon as she said she’s from legal assist of which I knew I had never dealt with them and she sounded very fishy, I hang up. She didn’t even had a gut to call me back. Total scam!! Don’t answer!!

Total scam. Indian bloke hung up on me when I pointed out his scam.
I rang back twice. Two different Indian women tried to read a script and could t answer questions.

Same Number. When in the mood I enjoy saying "Yes, I have had an accident". Tried to land on a boat in my car from a cliff but missed it. My name then I told them was evil knievel. Another accident, reached for the top item in grocery store and shat myself. They usually hang up on me, dang....where is their humour. Have a pearler ready for the next one.

Indian woman from Legal Assist - Car Scam. They seem to be running this from a few different numbers. I blocked one on a Monday and now this one has come through.

Got a call from 0480 034 347 - Heard a Beep, and got a lady with an accent asking about an accident in the past 2 years. She said they were from Legal Assist. 3rd phone call from these folks in 1 year!
I called her on it after 5 mins of stringing her along made her write out some really long winded explanation for nothing... got bored with that, and called her a scammer. She got upset, and protested she wasn't a scammer.

I asked for her street address, she gave me the address on the legal assist web site.
I asked for the ABN, she gave me 94945461677.
I went to https://www.abr.business.gov.au/ABN/View/94945461677 to see what was registered under that ABN, and its a sole trader company called legal assist.

This number is marked as Potential Fraud/Scam when it rangs. Do I want it to answer it? Definiteily not.
I wonder who on earth do they get my number from
At this time, I am still applying for jobs, I guess this is just add another stress, nuisance and a waste of time in life which I do not need.

Indian con woman apparently from Legal Assist about the car accident! Really, do they think we are that stupid when they don’t know even your name or actual details but try y to tell you they were given your number. Desperate times call for desperate measures!

I got the same call this afternoon. Nuisance call. She told me that it was Pro Bono. Being involved in law, I knew it was a scam. I wonder how much commission they get for me answering the call. LOCK THEM UP!!!!!!!!!!!! lol
