Caller: I don’t know

I’ve been receiving tons of calls from various 048- numbers over the past two days (6 in total! All 0480 or 0488). This is the most noteworthy one because they, I think accidentally, left a voicemail. It’s 5 seconds long and captures multiple voices, but it all sounds very muffled. Most likely a scam building.
