I was unable to pick up on the ring tone which also indicated the caller might be unknown : As soon as it went to answer machine it rang off .Assumed scam.

I don’t answer but I’m not with NIB so I’m not sure why they would call or how they got my details

Caller s. .aid if was NIB. Courtesy call. Said annual payment was coming up and wanted to check all details were okay. I said yes and thanked them then hung up. Payment was due in 2 days time so expect it was legit.

Has rung me repetitively keeps hanging up when I answer.
I have now blocked the number.

They said they were NIB, but then asked me for information. As it was close to policy renewal time (involving a large sum), I became suspicious of possible hacking or scam. I phoned the NIB no who said it was legitimate

Had similar experience. Recently joined NIB. When I answered the number and said my name they hung up. A little unnerving. Hope this fix this.

call me couple of times in 2 days. 1st time I didn't pick up, later I picked up and wait for a couple of seconds. Once I "hello", it hang up imediately. I reckon someone is there to check something.

I start to receive this call after I join NIB. BUT I dont have evidence about their relationship. BTW, there is another similar number ending with 928. Both blocked by me.

Since looking into health insurance with NIB i have recieved multiple calls from this number. No response when I answer, since blocked them.
