Caller: Ethical Prospecting I called back and it says Ethical Prospecting, was advised to call their 1300 number, apparently these guys do Solar Panel lead generation, their website shows they are based in Essendon VIC, some poor aussie blokes trying to make some sales to cheer up on Christmas, god bless Victori - it's been tough for everyone.
