Caller: Scammer

Woman called me today , had strong Indian accent knew me by my first name, I asked what is this call was in regards to she said it was my recent electricity bill, being half asleep didn’t register right away thought she had said Phone bill at first thought something was wrong or I’d forgotten something , she was taking a while to get to the point , I knew eventually she was trying to sell me something but also was aware some scammers can call you up and record your voice so they can pretend to be you for identity theft all they need is a minute recording of your voice so I was wary, I hung up once it registered she was trying to sell me something on public holiday and the real companies office would be closed today, also I’m living with a parent at the moment and my name isn’t on any recent electricity bill. So she can’t be calling about recent bill it’s a scam.
