Missed call, no message left. On callback answered 'yeah hello?' and when I said I had a missed call claimed it was about my electricity bill. I hung up and they called back again two weeks later, claiming to be from some outfit with an unintelligible name and insisting that they had they had previously spoken to me about my electricity bill on the phone.
