This is most definately a scam. If you've fallen victim, can you please drop as much info as possible, e.g. data it occured, BSB branch and name. This basic info., is very useful in putting a stop to this!

He said he is a bulldog breeder at Tasmania, they can delivery the puppy which show at their website to your home.(www.frenchbullrehomimg.com)
But he couldn’t show me his breeder certificate and puppy’s pictures of recently, and push me to make payment in rush. Then I checked his phone number and knew he is scammer. Kindly remind you that be careful.

I have current account details and name. Received an email last night with an invoice to purchase a dog but I was concerned so have been googling and found this thread. I am just unsure of posting the details here, but if they will really help put a stop to this send me email and I can forward them on. I gave my name and address for the invoice I requested. Should I now be concerned?

With so much excitment and numerous communications we transferred the money on a Sunday night and then sent a copy of my licence and medicare card as well to transfer the microchip into our name. I have asked the bank to stop the funds, hope I was fast enough. Now Police and ACCC. Question is why is this still going on after 2 years . . .

Luckily I did not get scammed, sent an enquiry on www.frenchnbritishbulldogs4sale.com/ and got a response right away saying the puppy is 9 weeks old and can be shipped right away with Jetpets, however puppies on Jetpets can only be shipped out at 12 weeks, first red flag.
Contact number on email does not match website, second red flag. ABN does not match registered business postcode, third red flag. Google the address in Smokey bay and did not look anything like the backyard of the photos on website. Responded with asking for registry details etc, no response.
Stay away from www.frenchnbritishbulldogs4sale.com/ and due diligence and research is all it takes.

If you have been scammed, please provide as much information here as you can. The names they use, the local bank branches they funnel money through (i.e. BSB numbers), anything that can be used to track them down or interrupt their ability to prey on Australians.

Have anyone able to get back there money???. So sad i only got to visit this site and all the warning. Feeling so stupid and naive to be scammed by this man. Have contacted Commonwealth bank if they can dispute to contact the Westpact bank account of this scammers. Now im wondering is there hope , or is anyone get there money back.

I was scammed out of $2350 just two weeks ago! Now I know how to look for the scam I feel stupid as it seems he has been doing this for awhile now! How can he still been getting away with this! I reported to the police and my bank but haven't heard back from anyone!

Thanks for this. I thought pups were cheap but inquired. He answered straight away by sms saying he was located in Smoky Bay South Australia and cost included freight. He evaded questions about his kennel name and breeder registration. I decided to test him and lied saying my sister lived near Smoky Bay and wanted to drive to kennels to view the pups for me. Contact stopped suddenly. Then I saw these posts....i was suss from the start and now it's confirmed!

Oh no. I thought I did all my research but was just searching because Mark has not been in contact for 3 days. I spent $2350 on a British bull dog. My kids will be so upset. They were so excited. We may look into a private investigator.

Definitely scammers. I too purchased a dog that didn't arrive. Police contacted, as well as the ACCC.
